| Associate Broker, Accredited Buyer Representative, Senior Residential Specialist, Developer, Project Manager and Marketing Specialist - Denise has been active in the real estate industry for almost 30 years, as an agent, investor, developer and Associate Broker. She has provided consulting services to investors, builders and individuals as both a selling and listing agent, in addition to providing marketing and consulting services for proposed developments. Her education includes a B.A. from Washington State University, a Masters of Social Work from the University of Maryland and Master of Business Degree studies at Southern Illinois University. |

In addition she developed a thirty unit condominium in West Seattle, was a principal in the project and filled the roles of Project Manager, Marketing Director and Listing Agent. Denise handled all marketing and sales efforts for "The Tramonti at Lake Union" - an upscale condiminium project developed by Alexander and Ventura, and Huntington Court in Fremont. |
